Introduction
Seretii is an EdTech platform helping high school students discover, build, and launch standout passion projects — strengthening their college applications, scholarship prospects, and future careers. Founded by Melody Dao, who used her own high school podcast to earn a full university scholarship, Seretii needed a brand that felt as energetic and ambitious as its users. When the project started, there was no visual identity, no brand language, and no system — just a powerful idea waiting to come to life.
Challenge
Designing for teenagers is harder than it looks. The brand had to feel genuinely cool and approachable — not corporate, not preachy — while still carrying enough credibility to be trusted by students making real decisions about their futures.
Approach
I built the identity around three core values: ambition, authenticity, and momentum. The visual direction leaned into a bold, youthful energy — expressive typography, a confident color palette, and a brand voice that talks with students, not at them.
